This device is designed with intrinsic forefoot and rearfoot posting to provide reasonable levels of control in low-heeled men’s and women’s dress or casual shoes. Bulk is further reduced by adding a heel punch filled with polyurethane foam. The standard configuration of the device includes:
- Three-degree varus intrinsic rearfoot posting with a polyurethane foam-filled heel punch
- Narrowed shell
- 3/8” heel seat
- 1/16” polyurethane foam extension to sulcus
- Black vinyl top cover
- Ultrasuede® bottom cover rearfoot to sulcus

We feel, as do most of our practitioners with whom we work, that a thorough review of all the facts, data and casts are essential in our mutual effort to produce the most therapeutically effective orthotics for each patient.
