For stock items such as prefabs, we aim to ship your order within 48 hours.

RETURNS:

If you are not totally satisified with your purchase for any reason please contact the Customer Care Department to arrange a returns number for an exchange or refund. It is our policy to issue credit memo refunds for all products returned in their original packaging and condition within 28 days of purchase. Due to continuous product updates, after this time no returns are accepted and no credit note will be raised. Unless the product is defective, the cost of returning items to the company is payable by the purchaser. We will not accept return of goods unless prior authority has been obtained from Integrity Orthotic Laboratories, Inc., nor will we accept goods back which have been specially ordered or manufactured to the requests of the customer.
