Shell Material: XT Advanced Composite
This unique device offers an extremely low-bulk shell with no heel cup for very high-heeled shoes. The unique design, which incorporates a straight distal shell edge, helps stabilize the first and fifth rays by controlling the degree of inversion the foot experiences as it is elevated above the transverse plane while wearing heels with a height of two to five inches. The device is meant to stabilize the foot in the shoe and does not offer biomechanical correction. No accommodations can be added to this device. The standard configuration for the device includes:
- 2.0mm semi-flexible composite shell with no heel seat
- 1/16” polyurethane foam extension to sulcus
- Black Ultrasuede® top cover
- Black Ultrasuede® forefoot bottom cover

We feel, as do most of our practitioners with whom we work, that a thorough review of all the facts, data and casts are essential in our mutual effort to produce the most therapeutically effective orthotics for each patient.
