Shell Material: Polypropylene
Ideal for a closed-back dress shoe with a heel height of up to 2 ½”. Incorporates a cobra cutout shell design that reduces bulk and improves shoe fit. The EVA arch fill gives extra support throughout the heel and arch. Includes intrinsic rearfoot posting and top and bottom covers that increase the comfort level of the cutout. The standard configuration of the device includes:
- Three-degree varus intrinsic rearfoot posting
- 1/16” polyurethane foam extension to sulcus
- Black vinyl top cover
- Black Ultrasuede® bottom cover

We feel, as do most of our practitioners with whom we work, that a thorough review of all the facts, data and casts are essential in our mutual effort to produce the most therapeutically effective orthotics for each patient.
