This device is designed to counter the high impact forces encountered while one is playing basketball. This device provides control and support during the lateral and forward motions common in this sport, while absorbing impact. The standard configuration is:
- Semi-flexible shell
- White crepe two-degree varus extrinsic rearfoot posting
- 3/4” heel seat
- Polyurethane foam arch filler
- 1/16” polyurethane foam top and bottom padding heel to toes
- Blue vinyl top cover to toes

Today, that procedure continues. In fact, Integrity employs 6 biomechanical evaluators. Everyday, our professional staff actively assist practitioners in arriving at diagnostic considerations, prescription choices and device selections.
We feel, as do most of our practitioners with whom we work, that a thorough review of all the facts, data and casts are essential in our mutual effort to produce the most therapeutically effective orthotics for each patient.
